  5. Add 4 chopped tomatoes and 10 g chopped ginger, cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add 1.5 kg cleaned chicken pieces and cook, turning them until well coated.
  7. Add 2 litres of milk or coconut milk (approx. 2 coconuts) and ½ cup desiccated coconut.
  8. Cook thoroughly until the gravy thickens and the chicken is tender.
  9. Finally, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, squeeze 1 lemon, and give it a final boil.

Important:
– Do not add extra salt or chilli powder.
– If using coconut milk, use very little water to preserve richness.
