Where do we ship to?
- We ship all over India, Canada, Germany, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America.
- For other countries, please send a WhatsApp message at +91 93801 57221 and we will check with the courier company and get back.
What are our shipping options?
- We have free home deliveries within Bangalore city (in a range of 10 km from Ramamurthy Nagar).
- We use hyperlocal delivery options in Bangalore if the distance is more than 10 km. Delivery charges will be additional.
- For deliveries within India we use India Post. This is the most economical and reliable service for deliveries anywhere in India.
- For international orders we ship using reliable courier companies like DHL, UPS, DPD etc based on the country of order.
- For International orders – any customs charges will be payable by the customer as per the policies of the receiving country.
How much time is required for delivery?
- For deliveries within Bangalore city, we try to fulfil as soon as possible. Do note that we may club multiple orders from a single area and deliver them together. This helps us to keep our fuel expenses low and optimize our deliveries.
- For deliveries outside Bangalore and International deliveries, we need about 1 to 2 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) to pack the items after the payment is received and hand over to India Post / Courier partner.
- Deliveries within India may take about 5 to 6 business days once dispatched and slightly longer for remote locations.
- International deliveries sent through Private courier may take about 4 to 5 business days once dispatched based on location.
- International deliveries sent through India Post may take about 10 to 15 business days once dispatched based on location.
