Perfect Meat Curry

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Raysons Stew Powder
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 5 green chilies, halved
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, chopped
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons oil or ghee
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Method:
Combine meat with 3 cups water, 1 onion, green chilies, ginger, 2 tomatoes, coriander leaves, and vinegar. Cook until tender. In a separate pan, heat ghee and sauté remaining onion until golden brown. Add remaining tomatoes and cook to a paste. Stir in Raysons Stew Powder and fry briefly.
