How to use Melukote Rasam Powder
- Boil 4-5 ripe tomatoes
- Mash or grind it once it cools down.
- In a pan add 2 spoon oil, 1/4 spoon mustard, pinch of hing, 3-4 dry chillies, 2 spoon rasam powder, mashed / ground tomoates, coriander leaves, curry leaves, salt and tamarind.
- Cook for about 5 minutes and authentic Rasam is ready to serve.
- Serve hot with Steamed Rice or Boiled Rice.
