How to use
Ingredients Needed: 1 KG Cleaned Chicken, 5-6 table spoons Abhiruchi Kundapura Chicken Masala, 2-3 tomoatoes, 3-4 Onions, Coriander leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste
- Heat a little oil in a bowl, add chopped onion, tomatoes and saute until the colour turns golden brown.
- Add 5-6 table spoon Abhiruchi Kundapur Chicken Masala powder and grind in mixer.
- Take a clean bowl and transfer the ground masala.
- Add cleaned chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste and cook until the chiken pieces are fully cooked.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
How to store
- Store in a cool & dry place.
- Use a dry spoon to scoop out the masala powder.
- Once opened transfer to an air-tight container.
- Ensure the lid is closed air-tight.
- Best before 12 months from the date of packing.
