How to Prepare Chicken Kurma / Green Masala
Ingredients Required
For a delicious Chicken Kurma, you will need:
- 1½ kg cleaned chicken
- 100 g ghee or oil
- 6 large onions, chopped
- 5 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 8–10 green chillies
- 30 g coriander leaves
- 50 g mint leaves
- 1 lemon
- 1 packet of SRR Green Masala (50 g)
Pre-Preparation
- Finely chop the onions and tomatoes.
- Grind green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, and ginger-garlic paste into a smooth paste.
Cooking Method
Heat ghee or oil in a vessel and sauté the chopped onions until they turn light brown. Add SRR Green Masala (Korma Masala) and stir well. Mix in the prepared green paste and allow it to boil. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
