Cooking instructions
Prawns Ghee Roast
- Heat 2 table spoon of ghee in a pan
 - Add 250 gms of Ghee Roast Masala Paste and fry it for 4 mins on a medium flame
 - Add 500 gms of cleaned prawns and 2 tea spoon of ghee, cook it in medium flame for about 7 to 10mins
 - Add salt to taste
 
Squid Ghee Roast
- Marinate 500 to 750 gms of cut & cleaned squid with Fish Factory’s Ghee Roast Masala Paste
 - In a pan heat 3 table spoon of ghee
 - Add marinated squid to it and salt to taste, cook it in medium flame for 15 to 17 min
 - Finally add 2 tea spoon of ghee and roast it for a 1 min
 - Squid Ghee Roast is ready to serve
 
Chicken Ghee Roast
- Heat 2 tea spoons of ghee in a pan add 250 gms of Fish Factory’s Ghee Roast Masala Paste and fry it for 2 mins
 - Add 500 gms of chicken (cut & cleaned) to the pan and cook it for about 25 mins on a slow medium flame give a stir at regular intervals
 - Adjust salt to taste
 - Add 3 tea spoon of ghee and roast for about 1 min
 - Your tasty Chicken Ghee Roast is ready to serve
 
Paneer Ghee Roast
- In a pan heat up 3tsp of ghee and fry paneer cubes till golden brown
 - Drain and keep them aside
 - To the pan add Fish Factory’s Ghee Roast Masala Paste fry till the ghee separates from the masala
 - Add fried paneer (adjust salt accordingly) mix well to coat with the masala cook for about 2 mins
 - Paneer Ghee Roast is ready to serve
