Recipes using Ideal Ghee Roast Masala Paste.

Prawns Ghee Roast

Ingredients

  • 250 gms Ideal Cafe Ghee Roast Masala Paste
  • 500 gms cleaned, de-veined prawns

Add 250 gms of Ghee Roast Masala Paste in a pan and heat it. Add the 500 gms cleaned and de-veined prawns. Cook on a slow flame for about 10 minutes. Stir at regular intervals. Add salt only if needed.

Chicken Ghee Roast

Ingredients

  • 250 gms Ideal Cafe Ghee Roast Masala Paste
  • 750 gms of cleaned chicken

Add the chicken and some Ghee Roast Masala to a pan. Marinate it for about 15 minutes.

Add 250 gms of Ghee Roast Masala Paste in a pan and heat it. Add the chicken to the pan. Cook on a slow flame for about 25 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked. Stir at regular intervals. Add salt only if needed.

Paneer Ghee Roast

Ingredients

  • 250 gms Ideal Cafe Ghee Roast Masala Paste
  • 500 gms of paneer, dice it in cubes

Add 250 gms of Ghee Roast Masala Paste in a pan and heat it. Add the 500 gms paneer cubes. Cook on a slow flame for about 10 minutes. Stir at regular intervals. Add salt only if needed.
