How to use
Ingredients Needed:
- Cleaned Chicken 1.5 KGs
- Grated Coconut 1 (2 cups)
- Onions 4-5
- Ghee / Oil 25 ml
- Garlic cloves 7-8
- Tamarind (lemon size)
- Curry Leaves
- Coriander Leaves
- Abhiruchi Kundapura Special Chicken Sukka Masala 8-10 tsp
- Salt 3-4 tsp (as per taste)
How to prepare
- Heat Ghee / Oil and add chopped onions & smashed garlic.
- Fry until it turns golden brown.
- Add curry leaves, chicken, this masala powder, salt, tamarind juice & boil on a low flame.
- Fry grated coconut in a pan until it turns golden brown and add to chicken.
- Saute it & boil for another 4-5 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves
Chicken sukka is ready to serve
How to store
- Store in a cool & dry place.
- Use a dry spoon to scoop out the masala powder.
- Once opened transfer to an air-tight container.
- Ensure the lid is closed air-tight.
- Best before 12 months from the date of packing.
