Why can I only pre-order?
Fresh jasmine should be just that… Fresh. Stringing to order means the buds in your strand were handled hours before delivery instead of days.
Which areas in Bengaluru do you deliver to?
We deliver within Bengaluru city. Send us your Google Location on WhatsApp and we will confirm right away.
Why do I need to order 2 days ahead?
Fresh buds are gathered and strung for your order, not pulled from stock. Two days gives us time to prepare it properly for your date.
How long will it stay fresh?
It looks and smells best on the day it arrives. Keep it cool, lightly moist and out of the sun to get the most from it.
How do I pay?
Pay 50% of the order value as an advance to confirm your booking. We share the payment details on WhatsApp. The balance is paid before delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled until 2 days before the delivery date. Within 2 days of delivery, orders cannot be cancelled, because your strands are already planned for that day.
Do you take bulk orders for weddings and poojas?
Yes. Message us the quantity and date on WhatsApp and we will confirm what we can string for that day.
